Play Jump Private Limited ("Play Jump", "we", "our", or "us"), incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with CIN U73200UP2025PTC239240, having its registered office at Office 315, 3rd Floor, Ocean Complex, Sector 18, Noida, UP 201301, is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information provided to us.
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal data when you access or use our website, mobile application, and related digital services (collectively, the "Platform"). It applies to all users, visitors, registered players, and other individuals who interact with the Platform.

Legal Basis

Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention guidelines apply:
- Account data and profile information: Duration of account existence plus 5 years post-closure
- KYC and identity documents: Minimum 5 years from date of collection, or as mandated by the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002
- Financial transaction records: 8 years, in compliance with income tax and GST regulations
- Customer support communications: 3 years from the date of last interaction
- Log and usage data: 12 months from collection date (unless required longer for security purposes)
- Marketing preferences and consent records: Until withdrawal of consent plus 2 years
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, or upon a verified deletion request, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our internal data lifecycle management procedures.
Data Security
Play Jump implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Your Rights
As a data principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and other applicable Indian privacy law, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
- Right to Access: You may request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the purposes for which it is being processed.
- Right to Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

Children's Privacy
The Platform is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Play Jump does not knowingly collect, process, or store personal data of individuals under the age of 18.
If we become aware that personal data of a minor has been collected without verifiable parental or guardian consent, we will take immediate steps to delete such data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information to us, please contact our Grievance Officer immediately.
Age Verification: By registering on the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Our KYC process is designed to verify this representation. Providing false age information constitutes a material breach of our Terms & Conditions.
Cross-Border Data Transfers
Play Jump primarily stores and processes personal data within the Republic of India. Where we engage third-party service providers located outside India (such as cloud infrastructure providers), we ensure that adequate safeguards are in place to protect your data, including:
- Standard contractual clauses or data processing agreements with the relevant service provider
- Transfer only to countries or territories notified by the Indian Government as providing adequate data protection
- Compliance with the cross-border transfer provisions of the DPDPA, 2023, and allied rules once notified
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to such cross-border transfers where they occur in accordance with the safeguards described above.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not operated by Play Jump. This Policy does not apply to those third-party platforms. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every website or service you visit.
Play Jump has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by Play Jump.
Amendments & Updates
Play Jump reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify you by:
- Sending an email notification to your registered email address
- Posting a prominent notice on the Platform home page
- Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request deletion of your account.
Grievance Officer
In accordance with Rule 5(9) of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, Play Jump has designated a Grievance Officer to address privacy-related complaints.
When submitting a privacy grievance, please include your full name, registered email address, a description of the concern, and any relevant supporting documents. The Grievance Officer will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 30 days.
